Created by SAFE Project, a national non-profit organization committed to ending the overdose epidemic and supporting individuals and families affected by addiction, the No Shame Pledge is a powerful symbol of support for individuals struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorder.
By signing the No Shame Pledge, DisposeRx, Inc.:
- recognizes that addiction is a disease, and pledges to eliminate the stigma associated with it;
- commits to learning more about addiction and mental health challenges and changing the conversation surrounding it;
- will encourage individuals to seek the help and treatment they need by providing a shame-free environment;
- pledges to support individuals in recovery through their lifelong journey.
